Cookies & personal data
We use cookies and browser storage to operate the site and measure visits and purchases according to your privacy choice. Campaign attribution and interface-theme measurements require an explicit optional-measurement choice.
Cookies
- Essential: required for the form, session, or security.
- Optional measurement: campaign parameters, click identifiers, referrer, and theme assignment may be stored after consent and sent to DocBrain during checkout. If you then buy after clicking a Google ad, DocBrain sends Google the click identifier and the purchase time, value, currency, and non-PII order ID to measure that sale.
- Isolated Google Analytics: when enabled under the market notice below, a separate-origin frame runs Google's tag with browser/session identifiers and canonical page and checkout events. Campaign/click attribution is included only after an explicit choice. The tag cannot read the main application's form or order-access storage. No story, name, email, access token, URL query or fragment is sent to Analytics. GA cookies expire after 180 days. Personalized advertising and Google signals are disabled.
- Verified purchases: Analytics receives the purchase timestamp, gross value, currency, transaction reference and browser/session identifiers for verified live payments when measurement is allowed. The identifier-free tab-visit counter remains limited to explicit optional-measurement choices.
US privacy choices
On US product pages, optional measurement starts without a pop-up and can be switched off from Your privacy choices. An enabled Global Privacy Control signal switches it off automatically, even if a previous choice allowed it. This is an opt-out setting under notice version 4-us, not an opt-in consent record. Default US measurement excludes advertising identifiers and Google Ads conversion uploads.
On our other market pages, optional measurement starts only after your explicit choice under notice version 4. You can reject optional measurement or reopen Cookie settings at any time. Essential storage continues to work when optional measurement is off.
Withdrawal stops future browser measurement and withdraws queued order measurements for the orders accessible in your current tab. An already dispatched or accepted transfer cannot be recalled from the cookie dialog. Contact support to exercise provider-side data rights. Clearing or blocking browser storage can limit measurement and automatic withdrawal linkage.
Data you submit

User-supplied order content and generated documents follow the 180-day schedule described in the Privacy notice. Essential order-access data is used only to provide and protect your order.
