Terms of use
These terms apply to the DocBrain website and one-time document-drafting service. The service is operated by Swiss Academy of Education and Consulting Ivanova-Chayka, Schöneggstrasse 7, 6048 Horw, LU, Switzerland, Swiss registration or organization identifier CHE-369.970.080 (Commercial Register CH-100.1.811.311-0).
What the service provides
DocBrain uses automated systems to produce an editable, ready-to-send document from the facts you submit. A paid order includes the generated PDF and DOCX files described on the checkout page. Email is a delivery notification and convenience; authenticated access through the order page is the primary way to retrieve the files.
The output may contain errors or omissions. Before sending it, check that names, dates, amounts and any clearly marked placeholders match your situation.
No professional advice or outcome guarantee
DocBrain is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, financial, or other professional advice. No attorney–client or similar relationship is created.
We do not guarantee that a recipient will respond, accept the document, issue a refund, cancel a service, reverse a charge, satisfy a demand, or produce any other outcome.
Orders and payment
The price and currency shown at checkout apply to that order. Stripe processes payment information; DocBrain does not store full payment-card numbers. You are responsible for providing accurate facts and a working email address and for keeping the private order-access capability confidential.
Digital delivery and technical failures
For EU/EEA and UK consumer orders, checkout asks for a separate express request to begin performance immediately. It also asks you to acknowledge that, once the PDF and DOCX have been fully supplied, you lose any statutory 14-day withdrawal or cancellation right that applies to that digital content. Mandatory remedies for faulty, non-conforming, or undelivered digital content remain unaffected.
Generation normally begins after successful payment. If an email is rejected or bounces, the authenticated order page may allow you to correct the delivery address and request redelivery. If generation or delivery fails for a technical reason, contact mchayka.reklama@gmail.com with the order reference. We will first try, without additional charge, to restore access, regenerate the files, or redeliver them.
If a technical failure attributable to DocBrain prevents us from supplying usable PDF and DOCX files within a reasonable time after notice, you may request a refund to the original payment method. Duplicate or erroneous charges will also be corrected. Refund processing time after approval depends on Stripe and the customer’s payment provider.
Cancellation and refunds
If a mandatory withdrawal or cancellation right applies and has not yet been lost after full digital supply, email mchayka.reklama@gmail.com with an unequivocal statement that you wish to cancel. Include your name, order reference, order date, and the date of your request; do not include card details or an order-access token. You may use the wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my DocBrain digital document order.”
There is no unconditional money-back or outcome guarantee. Once usable files have been supplied, dissatisfaction with wording, a recipient’s response, or the outcome of the customer’s matter does not by itself qualify for a refund. This does not limit any cancellation, refund, conformity, or other mandatory right that applies under the law of your country.
Acceptable use
Do not use DocBrain to impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to use, threaten or deceive others, automate abusive requests, or violate applicable law. Do not submit unnecessary special-category or highly sensitive personal data.
Availability and changes
We may suspend checkout or generation to maintain or protect the service. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order. Material changes are published on this page with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protections and mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply in your country remain unaffected.
