Controller
The controller for DocBrain is Swiss Academy of Education and Consulting Ivanova-Chayka, Schöneggstrasse 7, 6048 Horw, LU, Switzerland, Swiss registration or organization identifier CHE-369.970.080 (Commercial Register CH-100.1.811.311-0). Privacy requests may be sent to mchayka.reklama@gmail.com.
Information we process
- the situation description, name, email address, requested document, country route, and other information you submit;
- order, payment-status, refund, dispute, delivery, and support records;
- generated PDF and DOCX files and protected order-access records;
- security and technical records, including server logs; and
- campaign attribution or interface-theme measurements only after the relevant consent.
Stripe processes payment-card details. DocBrain does not store full card numbers.
Why we process it
- to perform the order: take payment, generate, provide, recover, and redeliver the requested files;
- to answer support, privacy, refund, and dispute requests;
- to protect the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures;
- to meet accounting, payment, tax, and other legal obligations; and
- for optional measurement according to the privacy choice and market notice described below.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is based on performance of the customer contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent.
Providers and international processing
We use service providers for specific functions, including Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, hosting providers, and Google AI or the configured fallback model provider for document generation. Processing locations may include Switzerland, countries in the EEA, and the United States, depending on the provider and active configuration. Cross-border disclosures require the operator to verify and use the safeguards required by applicable law. Do not include personal data that is unnecessary for the requested document.
Retention
User-supplied names, email addresses, situation descriptions, protected access records, and generated PDF/DOCX files in DocBrain application storage are scheduled for deletion or anonymization 180 days after the order is created. A verified deletion request may remove them earlier where the order is no longer being processed and applicable law permits. Provider-side transaction or processing records follow the provider’s applicable retention terms and legal obligations.
Limited transaction, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, accounting, and audit records may be retained for longer where required to establish a transaction, comply with law, or resolve a claim. Those records are restricted to what is necessary and are not used to recreate the customer’s document.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a portable copy, and complain to a data-protection authority. Existing customers can start a verified data export or deletion request. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and browser storage
See Cookies & personal data. Optional measurement can be turned off. Google Analytics runs in an isolated frame and receives browser/session IDs, canonical page and checkout events, and verified purchase time, value, currency and a transaction reference. Campaign and advertising-click attribution is included only after an explicit optional-measurement choice. The story, name, email and document-access token are not sent to Analytics. Personalized advertising is disabled. Learn how Google uses data.
Your privacy choices on US pages
On our US product pages, optional website and purchase measurement is on unless you turn it off. This is an opt-out setting, not a record of your consent. You do not need to accept analytics to use DocBrain or buy a document. Default US measurement does not include advertising identifiers or Google Ads conversion uploads. Our other market pages require an explicit choice before optional measurement starts.
Choose Your privacy choices in the footer to turn optional measurement off. We also treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a request to turn it off, including when a previous choice allowed measurement. Essential storage needed for your order continues to work.
Turning measurement off stops future browser collection and requests withdrawal of queued purchase measurements for orders accessible in your current browser tab. It cannot recall information already sent. Contact support if you need help with a data request. Clearing browser storage may remove your saved choice and automatic withdrawal linkage.
